​Deliberate property sabotage, including unlocking & damaging communal security gates (endangering the resident's registered assistant dog) and locking the resident out of main access doors.

​While recent reports indicate the neighbour's direct harassment has temporarily stopped, MHS Housing failed to take decisive formal action during the height of these incidents.

​Equality Act Duties, Assistance Animal Safeguards & Improper Threats:

Prior formal notices challenged housing officers regarding unfair pressure, improper conduct, and explicit threats to have the resident's registered assistant dog removed from her care. The auxiliary assistance animal is specially trained to provide essential daily task support and mobility aid for her disability. Failure to address communal gate breaches directly endangered the animal's safety, while issuing threats against a legitimate assistance animal represents a fundamental breach of duties owed under the Equality Act 2010 to safeguard disabled tenants relying on essential assistance animals.
